Meditation is fitness for the spiritual body. It is a silent practice that strengthens focus, creates intention and manifestation, and allows you to hear guidance from your Inner Self. Meditation creates a feeling of calm and purpose, while also holding medical benefits, such as lowering blood pressure, reducing stress, and improving memory, to name a few.
During your sessions with me, we will discuss your current spiritual fitness level, identify any roadblocks or obstacles to success, and create a spiritual fitness program to meet your goals. During a specialty workshop, you can expect us to dive deep into a specific theme and come out the other side with a greater level of personal awareness and compassion.

Inner Child Meditation Workshop - 2 Sessions
In the Inner Child Meditation Workshop, meditation instructor, Kelli Hackett, guides you back to your childhood through two 45-minute sessions that ultimately empower you to heal, grow, and love yourself even more. In-person or via Skype. This is a one-on-one workshop.
- Session 1: Revisit your childhood by exploring dreams, fears, and blocks with primal creativity
- Session 2: In guided meditation, meet your younger self and assure them that YOU are the parent they needed
Beginner's Meditation Package - 3 Sessions
The Beginner's Meditation Package includes 3 personalized half hour sessions with meditation instructor, Kelli Hackett. These can be in-person or via Skype.
- Session 1: 20 minutes discussion, 10 minute guided meditation
- Session 2: 15 minutes discussion, 15 minute guided meditation
- Session 3: 10 minutes of discussion, 10 minutes of solo meditation, 10 minute strategy session to create a lasting blueprint for continued meditation practice
This package is for those with little to no experience with meditation.
3 Months Ongoing Meditation Coaching
This three-month coaching package includes 5 one-on-one 30-minute sessions via Skype or in-person and 12 weekly Skype check-in calls. This is the ultimate package for those looking to transform their life by creating a lasting meditation practice.
