During your sessions with me, we will discuss your current spiritual fitness level, identify any roadblocks or obstacles to success, and create a meditation program to meet your goals.
During a specialty workshop, you can expect us to dive deep into a specific theme and come out the other side with a greater level of personal awareness and compassion. I'm also available to for meditation events, presentations, and retreats.
